Nha Trang, capital of Khanh Hoa province, is Vietnam’s most famous seaside resort-town and its most prominent scuba diving destination. Nha Trang is also known for the best weather in Vietnam. The city is bordered by nineteen islands to choose from, beautiful mountains and an amazing, long beach along a bay impressively. It is no wonder that this is a popular place for tourists.
Khanh Hoa province Nha Trang – the best city beach Vietnam has to offer , 1,280 km from Hà N?i and 448 km from H? Chí Minh City, is naturally gifted with a mild climate and geographically located on the North-South axis, thus obtaining all favorable conditions in communication. The province, easily accessible by road, rail, air and waterway, is the main door to the Western Highlands and enjoys the greatest proximity to international waters with its many bays and ports.
The beach is the star attraction, and the fact that the city is conveniently located right on the beach helps draw both domestic tourists and international visitors. The downtown core stretches along six kilometres of palm-fringed white sand and the brilliant turquoise waters of Nha Trang Bay.
Snorkeling and diving are probably the most popular things to do at Nha Trang. Tread a little offshore and there are islands which offer both activities. It’s best to avoid the windy season (October and December) though. Nha Trang is a great location for seeing some underwater life, however, it’s even better if you want to get a scuba certificate.
Set sail – There are plenty of places to go around here and plenty more boat companies who offer boat trips. It is an opportunity to see the different islands off of the mainland and a trip will usually include snorkeling, a visit to an aquarium and fish farm plus plenty of boat grub and alcohol.
It’s easy to get around Nha Trang again !. You can rent a bicycle or motorbike. Walking around the downtown core is doable as the city is flat, major streets have footpaths and there is a beautiful promenade along the beach – though any form of exercise can be very uncomfortable in the midday heat (which is why you find most locals napping during this time). Xe om (motorbike taxis) hang out in every corner. Taxis are also plentiful. You can go by meter but most locals we spoke to recommended agreeing on a fixed fare upfront or risk being driven around in circles. Or if you’re not in a rush, cyclos are a classic, fun way to tour the city in the evening with Nha Trang cuisine
There are so many places Yang Bay Waterfalls tourist park, Orchid Island, Monkey Island and the National Oceanographic Museum of Vietnam/Nha Trang Institute of Oceanography and many many places, activities, you should know.
Welcome to Nha Trang
