Option 1: Northern Vietnam (flight to Hanoi)
DAY 01: HANOI ARRIVAL
Welcome to Hanoi! You will be met at the airport for transfer to your hotel in Hanoi. Overnight in Hanoi.
DAY 02: HANOI – CITY TOUR – JOIN GROUP (B, L )
In the morning:
07:30 – 08:30 Tour guide and shuter bus will pickup you at the hotel in Ha Noi old quarter and Hanoi Opera House then depart to Hanoi city tour full day. 09:00 Visiting first place named Tran Quoc pagoda on the West Lake the oldest pagoda in Vietnam. 09:30 Visit the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and Museum to explore the architectural and historical aspects of Uncle Ho’s final resting-place. Just next door is Ho Chi Minh’s house on stilts and lying to one side of the Mausoleum is the One-Pillar Pagoda which was founded by King Ly Thai To in 1049 – the structure has become an important symbol for the people of Hanoi. 11:00 Visit the colorful features of the 54 ethnic groups of Viet Nam in the Ethnology Museum.
In the afternoon:
13:00 Bus takes you to a local restaurant in Hanoi Old Quarter, have a rest and enjoy the lunch. 14:00 Visit Temple of Literature, the most famous temple situated in Hanoi, also functioned as Vietnam’s first university. It was first constructed in 1070 under King Ly Nhan Tong and dedicated to Confucius, sages and scholars. A vast structure that has existed to present day. 15:30 Drive to legendary Hoan Kiem Lake, visit Ngoc Son Temple dedicated to Van Xuong saint and former general commander Tran Hung Dao for his struggle against Mongolians. You also see the beautiful Vietnamese and French architecture around the lake. 16:00 – 16:30: Arrive at the hotel in Ha Noi old quarter and Hanoi Opera House. Tour ends!
DAY 03: HANOI – HALONG BAY – HANOI (B, L)
In the morning:
07:30 – 08:30 Tour guide and shuter bus will pickup you at the hotel in Ha Noi old quarter and Hanoi Opera House then depart to Halong. On the half way stop for short break in Hai Duong province 20 minutes. 12:30 Arrive Tuan Chau Habor. Then embark the Incredible Asia Journeys – Day cruise followed by a short cruise briefing.
In the afternoon:
13:00 Start a dreamy cruise to stunning scenery with thousands of limestone mountains and have lunch (we serve you with Vietnamese traditional dishes, in case you are vegetarian, we have other food options for you) while cruising through the emerald water passing by the Dog Stone, the Burning Incense islet, Fighting-Cock island of Halong Bay symbol 13:30 Stop at Ba Hang fishing village for enjoy kayaking or sit in a bamboo boat rowed by locals (if you have booking before) 14:30 Visiting Heavenly Well Cave “Thien Cung Cave” makes the visitors the impression of being in a heavenly world. 15:30 Enjoy the Sunset party with wine and fruit and relaxing on sun deck while cruising back to Tuan Chau Habor, 16:30 Get on the bus back to Hanoi, on the half way stop for short break 20 minutes 20:30 – 21:00 Arrive at the hotel in Ha Noi old quarter and Hanoi Opera House. Overnight in Hanoi.
DAY 04: HANOI – BAI DINH – TRANG AN – HANOI (B, L)
In the morning:
07:30 – 08:30 Tour guide and shuter bus will pickup you at the hotel in Ha Noi old quarter and Hanoi Opera House then depart to Ninh Binh province. On the half way stop for short break about 20 minutes. 11:00 Arrive in Buddha Prayer place in Bai Dinh Pagoda, the biggest pagoda in Vietnam with 500 La Han statues, biggest bronze Buddha statue in Vietnam with 10 meters in height, 100 tons in weight. 12h30 Have lunch buffet with Vietnamese traditional dishes, in case you are vegetarian, we have other food options for you.
In the afternoon:
14:00 Depart to visit Trang An eco-tourism, take boat trip to visit cave complex: Sang Cave, Toi Cave, Ba Giot Cave, Nau Ruou in mystery and wildness, see scenery of mountain and rivers Ha Long on land of Ninh Binh. Or you can choose to visit Kong Films, take a photo shoot at Aboriginal village one of the main scenes in Hollywood blockbuster movie “Kong Skull Island” 16:00 Get on the bus back to Hanoi, on the half way stop for short break 20 minutes 19:00 – 19:30: Arrive at the hotel in Ha Noi old quarter and Hanoi Opera House. Overnight in Hanoi.
DAY 05: HANOI – departure (B)
After breakfast, free until transfer to the airport for flight back home.
Option 2: Central Vietnam (flight to Danang)
Day 1: Da Nang arrival
Welcome to Vietnam! Upon arrival at Danang airport, warmly welcome by our driver and transfer privately by the comfortable car to the hotel in Da nang. Overnight in Danang.
Day 2: Da Nang – Ba Na hills (B/L)
Breakfast at the hotel. Pick up and transfer to Bana Hills Station. You have a chance to ride on a modern system of cable cars helps you get a bird’s-eye view, very miraculous and attractive while enjoying a feeling of flying in the blue sky amidst the clouds and wind. You will visit some old French villas en route, as well as the suspension bridge, Nui Chua & the Mountain Peak and enjoy many games and activities free there. We will then enjoy lunch whilst taking in the spectacular views. In the afternoon, Visit Vong Nguyet villa where we will visit the wine cellar, Sakyamuni Buddha’s monument. The last interesting place is The Golden Bridge in Ba Na Hills, it has a unique architectural feature — two giant, aged hands that appear to hold up the bridge. It sits 1,400 meters above sea level, an altitude which creates the illusion of a silk strip hiding in the clouds above Da Nang. Come back Danang. Overnight in Danang.
Day 3: Da Nang – Hoian town (B)
Breakfast at the hotel. visit Linh Ung Pagoda, Non Nuoc Mable Carving village. Transfer to Hoian. Start visiting the Temple Kwan, Phuc Kien Temple, Tan Ky Ancient House, Phung Hung house, Japanese Bridge and cultural show rooms in Hoi An. After your walking tour If you have free time, you can do shopping at the old town. Guide will take you back to the hotel. Overnight in Hoi AN
Day 4: Hoi An – Tra Nhieu Eco life tour (B/L)
The beautiful bamboo lined cycle tracks, will lead you to the real countryside Viet Nam. Learn different local plant, vegetables, and herbs along the way. Visit some local familys, colorful sleeping mats, rice noodle and rice paper making, bastket boat making. You could enjoy the speciality food of Viet Nam countryside. 08:00 Am our tour guide will pick you up at your hotel taking you to Bach Dang boat station. Your day will start by visiting a boat village and the a trip to Kim Bong Carpentry village, meet with the artisans as they make beautiful and unique items from wood. You will continue the countryside discovery trip by taking a guided bicycle trip along peaceful village roads. The beautiful bamboo lined cycle tracks, will lead you to the real countryside VietNam. Learn different local plant, vegetables, and herbs along the way. Visit some local families, colorful sleeping mats, rice noodle and rice paper making, bastket boat making .You could enjoy the speciality food of Viet Nam countryside . 10:30 Our tour continues to Tra Nhieu fishing village. With the traditional fishing techniques, you really will be a fisherman with some activities such as drag nets and fishing on the river. You also discover the beautiful water coconut forest with charming bamboo bridge crossing over, it’s named The Small Mekong Delta located in Hoi An Ancient town. Try rowing the traditional bamboo boats along the water coconut forest and feeling the freshness and lovely nature so much. 12:00 Relaxing and having lunch in Tra Nhieu Green restaurant. 15:00 Back to the harbour on your bike and return to Hoi An on the boat. The tour guide will see you off at your hotel. End the tour.
Day 5: Da Nang see off (B)
Breakfast at the hotel. Pick up and transfer to the airport for flight back home.
Option 3: Southern Vietnam (flight to Saigon)
Day 1: WELCOME TO SAIGON
Upon arriving at Tan Son Nhat airport, you will be transferred to your hotel downtown. As the largest of Vietnam’s cities, the hustle and bustle of life co-exists with 300 years of timeless traditions and the beauty of a mixed colonial-orient culture. The remainder of the day is free for you to relax. Overnight in Saigon.
DAY 02: SAIGON CU CHI TUNNEL – CITY TOUR (B)
7:15AM Depart for Cu Chi tunnels. Around 9:30AM Arriving at Cu Chi tunnels (Ben Dinh) and proceeding to an underground hut to watch a short video and presentation about Cu Chi tunnels before having a real hand-on experience of what it took to live in the tunnels. Afterward, test tasting the steamed tapioca root which is the main staple food in Cu Chi during the war. For those interested, there is an opportunity to fire off an AK47 or MK16 with real ammunitions at the nearby shooting range. Leaving Cu Chi tunnels at noon and returning back to HCM city for lunch at own expense.
02:15PM Visiting War Remnants Museum – originally opened in September 1975; it displays old military equipment and other related items from Vietnam War. Afterward, continuing seeing the Reunification Palace, formerly known as the Presidential Palace. The place symbolizes the end of Vietnam War when a North Vietnamese army tank went through its gates. Then taking a short stroll to see Notre Dame Cathedral and General Post Office, they are the beautiful examples of architecture from the French colonial period.
Back to hotel for leisure and overnight.
DAY 03: SAIGON –CAI BE – VINH LONG – SAIGON (B, L)
Today you’ll have a full day excursion to Mekong Delta. You will depart for Cai Be (3h) around 8am. Enjoy the green paddy fields stretching towards the horizon. When you arrive in Cai Be, you’ll board a motorized boat that takes you to the floating market, a sight that you’ll see no where else in the world. Next, your row boat will zigzag through a maze of shadow canals to arrive at a great orchard where you can freely taste many of the amous tropical fruits of Vietnam and watch locals’ as they complete their daily chores. Then we’ll see how coconut candy, crispy rice cake and ceramics are made here (served free with premium hot tea.) After this, you will roam through a village by bike to check out several rural shops or you can relax in a hammock for a short rest. Then you will head back to Saigon for a good night’s sleep.
DAY 04: SAIGON – LOCAL MARKET VISIT – COOKING CLASS (B, L or D)
Traditional Vietnamese cooking is greatly admired for its fresh ingredients, minimal use of dairy and oil, complementary textures, and reliance on herbs and vegetables. With the balance between fresh herbs and meats and a selective use of spices to reach a fine taste, Vietnamese food is considered one of the healthiest cuisines worldwide.
There are two sessions per day: Morning session 08:30AM – 12:00PM Afternoon session 02:00PM – 05:30PM
08:30AM – 09:30AM Market visit (applicable only when market opens for business), accompanied by the Chef to introduce and to let guests understand more about Vietnamese ingredients and theirs substitutions. 09:30AM – 10:00AM Starting with a welcome drink and an introduction of ‘Corner of Vietnamese Traditional Kitchen’ with the legend of ‘Kitchen God’ narrated by English or French speaking MC 10:00AM – 10:30AM Participating in ‘Food preparation’ with the Chef 10:30AM – 11:10AM Enjoying cooking class with selective menu of ‘Traditional dishes’ 11:10AM – 11:45AM Enjoying lunch with guests’ own creation. 11:45AM – 12.00PM Handing out the Certificate, a handbook with detailed recipes and a small souvenir

DAY 05: SAIGON DEPARTURE (B)
There is a free time to relax or further explore Saigon. The tour ends after your transfer to Tan San Nhat Airport for departure.
