A 10 DAY TOUR FROM THAILAND TO CAMBODIA

It is such a fantastic trip from Thailand to Cambodia cause these are among the most beautiful Asian countries you really should visit once in life. Idealtravelasia would like to introduce to you a 10-day tour so that you can fully understand and enjoy the beauty of these nations.

Day 1: Upon arrival in Bangkok (free no meal)

Upon arrival, meet & greet at the airport then transfer to the hotel. After check in, free & relax on own.

Indian dinner and overnight in Bangkok.

Day 2: City Temple Tour – Royal Grand Palace & Emerald Buddha (B/L)

Breakfast at hotel and then sightseeing tour to visit: At first visit to Wat Traimit, the Temple of the Golden Buddha, the temple is famous for its 900-years old five-and-a-half-ton solid gold image, and then continue to visit Wat Arun, perhaps better known as the Temple of the Dawn, is one of the best known landmarks and one of the most published images of Bangkok.

After that, visit Wat Po, the largest and oldest temple in Bangkok, as well as the largest single Buddha image: the Reclining Buddha (Phra Buddhasaiyas). The temple is also known as the birthplace of traditional Thai massage Reclining Buddha.

Afternoon, we continue to visit the most famous tourist places in Bangkok, Royal Grand Palace, and Emerald Buddha. The Grand Palace adjoins Wat Phra Kaew in a common compound and is where you will end up after exiting Wat Phra Kaew.

Despite the proximity of the two, there’s a distinct contrast in style between the very Thai Wat Phra Kaew and the more European inspired designs of the Grand Palace (the roof being the exception). After this place we back to the hotel and free at leisure.

Overnight in Bangkok

Day 3: Bangkok – Ayuthaya – Cruise Down to Bangkok (B/L)

After breakfast, pick up at the hotel and depart for Ayutthaya by air-conditioned bus, Ayutthaya the former capital city of Thailand.

In Ayutthaya, you can visit giant Buddhas on the acres of land

The first places you visit is Bang Pa-In Summer Palace one of the most beautiful Summer Palace of Thailand then follow by Wat Yai Chaimongkhol where you have a chance to sacred one of the biggest Reclining Buddha Image as well and the ruins of the old Royal Grand Palace & Temples.

At noon, transfer to the Pier for Cruising down the Chao Phraya River to Bangkok. Certainly, along with the River, you will have impress & enjoy the rural Thai life along the River. Lunch on board with many varieties of Thai / Inter delicious Buffet. At around 4 pm. You will be picked up and transferred to your hotel.

Overnight in Bangkok

Day 4: Bangkok – Chiang Mai – Phra That Doi Suthep & Doi Pui (B/D)

Upon arrival at Chiang Mai airport, meet and greet then transfer to hotel. After a short rest, enjoy with a quaint and picturesque Meo Hill Tribe Village set in an attractive hillside spot and see the Meo tribesmen dressed in their colorful traditional costumes.

After that, transfer to visit Doi Suthep Temple, where is one of the most sacred temples in Chiangmai – Wat Phrathat Doi Suthep, located on the hilltop in Northern-Thai style and containing a holy relic of Lord Buddha and enjoy seeing a panoramic view of the whole city. Then back to hotel and free at leisure.

Overnight in Chiang Mai

Day 5: Full Day Learning Elephant Nature Park (B/L)

Breakfast at hotel.

Pick up from your hotel in Chiang Mai town and a picturesque drive through agricultural Thai countryside, along Mae Taeng Valley brings you to Elephant Nature Park. You will hear the personal stories of our rescued elephants as told by expert guides. You will learn about the problems elephants face in Southeast Asia, as how Elephant Nature Park is helping in the treatment, and care of Thailand’s dwindling elephant population.

After unloading and distributing the fruit treats you will have a chance to feed the elephants from the viewing platform.

An ethical and sustainable eco-tourism by learning Elephant at National Park

Enjoy a sumptuous and varied buffet of Asian and International dishes Walk with our staff and the elephants to the river that skirts the park. Watch these gentle giants as they splash around and play while you stay dry on the river bank.

Late afternoon and it`s time for goodbyes to the elephants and to Elephant Nature Park before the hour-long drive back to Chiang Mai where you will be dropped off at your accommodations.

*Park visits are all about spending quality time observing and being with the herd. We do not adhere to a strict schedule; the best way to make the most of your visit is to relax, watch and learn from the elephants.

Things to bring: Shorts/swimming gear and change of clothing.

Lunch at the Elephant camp. Afternoon, enjoy with local handicraft bamboo rafting along Mae Taeng river. Return to Chiang Mai and a stop will be at Orchid Nursery. Transfer to your hotel.

Overnight in Chiang Mai

Day 6: Chiang Mai – Bangkok – Phuket – Fantasea Show (B/D)

Arrival at Phuket airport, meet and greet then transfer to the hotel for check-in. Free at leisure.

In the evening welcome dinner with the best show in Phuket “Phuket FantaSea Show”. This cultural theme park is divided into three sections: shopping in the Festival village, dining in the Golden Kinnaree Buffet Restaurant and Vegas-style entertainment in the Palace of the Elephants. After the show transfer to hotel and overnight.

Day 7: Full Day Join Tour Phi Phi Island. (B, L)

Breakfast at hotel, and then join transfer by minivan to the pier for taking a speedboat trip to Phi Phi Island.

09.00AM Departs from Chalong Pier to “Phi Phi Islay Island” for swimming and sightseeing at “Maya Bay” (The Beach of a movie was taken here). Enjoy snorkeling and feeding colorful fishes at “Loh Samah Bay”. Sightseeing at “Peleh Cove” and Viking Cave”

12.00PM Arrive at “Phi Phi Don Island” enjoy feeding the Monkey by a piece of bananas.

12.30PM Lunch will be served at Phi Phi Don.

02.00PM Enjoy swimming with crystal clear water and snorkeling with plentiful coral reefs and feeding fishes at Monkey Beach

03.00PM Arrive at “Khai Nok Island” enjoy your activities like swimming, sunbathing and feeding fishes.

04.00PM Back to Chalong Pier and transfer to your hotel.

Overnight in Phuket

Day 8: Phuket –Bangkok – Siem Reap (B/D)

Morning flight to Bangkok to catch the flight to the city of Angkor – Siem Reap.\r\nTransfer to a floating village, ride on a ship in the lake Tonle Sap, Lunch at Local restaurant. Visit of “Les Artisans d’Angkor – ChantiersEcoles”

You are lost in the wild again and visit amazing works of architecture

Dinner at Indian restaurant and overnight in Siem Reap.

Day 9: Siem Reap – Angkor (B/D)

After breakfast, proceed to Angkor Thom Area (Angkor Thom Temple South Gate, Bayon Temple, Baphuon Temple, Phimean Akas Temple, Elephants Terrace & Leper King Terrace, Royal Palace, Woman and Man Pond). Proceed to visit Ta-Prom Temple.

You will be impressed by the like-painting beauty of Angkor’s scenaries

After lunch, continue our journey to Angkor Wat Temple – one of the seven greatest architectural wonders of the world, built in between the 9th – 13th century. Before we end our tour today, make a visit to Bakheng Hill for its beautiful sunset.

Dinner at Indian restaurant and overnight in Siem Reap.

Day 10: Siem Reap – Departure (B)

Transfer to airport for your departure flight.

End tour.
